You can cancel a PACTORN reservation anytime — even at the last minute — and we'll release your hold with the property, no penalty. The concierge booking fee itself is non-refundable, as it covers the work we've already done sourcing and securing your stay. If something is wrong on our end, email the concierge and we'll make it right.
